At the bus stop

Today we buy shoes and visit the Avignon mall, French Style. It’s Memorial Day here and the buses don’t run on the regular time schedule. We have to walk home from the mall in the new shoes.

I finish a book, “Let’s not go to the dogs tonight”, by Alexandria Fuller, which I highly recommend. It's a lovely story about childhood in Africa.

Dinner is a faux taco salad and bottle of Chardonnay.

The bed sings a woeful song of sleep and we answer the call.
